General Policies:
- RedPower Motorsport reserves the right to change, modify or update these terms & conditions at any time without notice.
- Through the use of the RedPower Motorsport website and/or placing an order through the site, the purchaser accepts these terms and conditions as well as all other rights and duties as indicated on the website.
- All products and services remain the property of RedPower Motorsport until payment is made in full for all goods and services.
- Deposits are non-refundable with no exceptions. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are good for 14 days after the product is available to the customer.
- RedPower Motorsport reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to delayed payment, errors in pricing or description, product being out of stock, or for any other reason with a full refund being offered to the purchaser.
- Modifying an automobile can be dangerous and/or illegal. All work should be carried out by an experienced, trained professional, and RedPower motorsport is not liable for any damage caused by product failure, installation errors, or any other incidents. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all parts and labour meet local and national laws. Some parts are not legal for road use and are for off-road use only (track cars, off roaders, show cars, etc).
- Any goods or parts left at the shop for more than 10 days become property of RedPower Motorsport.
Return Policy:
- Returns of unused, original, good condition items will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of original purchase. All returns are subject to approval by staff of RedPower Motorsport.
- Items must be returned in good, resalable, original, and unused condition. Any damage or alterations to the item or packaging may be cause for denial of return, and ALL returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price and/or a refund in the form of in-store credit .
- The customer is responsible to inspect all items before purchase for any flaws, damage, or missing parts. No claims of damage will be accepted after the purchase of the item.
- The customer is responsible to ensure that the product they are purchasing will fit their application. It is not the responsibility of RedPower Motorsport to ensure proper fitment, and no guarantees to fitment are made.
- No returns are accepted on products that have been fitted, so please ensure they will fit and work for your application.
- No returns, except for in the case of a clear manufacturers defect, will be accepted for: sale items, discounted items, mounted wheels, special order items, electronics, or items that are cut to order (vinyl films, fabric, vacuum line, etc).
- RedPower Motorsport is not responsible, nor will they cover any other expenses related to products for any reason (installation, replacement, modification, repair, return expenses, etc.).
- Customer will be charged at standard labour rates for any labour by staff of RedPower Motorsport to correct issues caused by incorrect installation or user error, including products returned as faulty that are found to have no faults.
- No refund on delivery fees. The customer is responsible for any and all charges for the return of goods for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
- In an effort to get products packed and delivered as quickly as possible, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed which usually happens soon after the order is received.
Shipping Policy:
- Most orders are shipped within one (1) working day of receiving order and full payment if the product is in stock, however they can occasionally longer.
- Small items are normally sent through An Post, while larger orders are sent through a courier and are fully insured with a tracking number. Most deliveries arrive the next day after shipping, but can be slightly longer in some instances.
- Large fragile items such as Carbon Fibre Products and seats can only be shipped with DPD Couriers.

- We recommend Paypal or credit card as that is the quickest and most direct payment. Bank transfers can take up to 2 days to clear, while bank drafts and postal orders can take a week or more to clear.
Warranties:
- All products are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise specifically stated.
- All warranty’s apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferrable under any circumstances.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for any warranty claims with no exceptions.
- Any modifications, alterations, damage, incorrect installation or use automatically voids any and all warranties.

- RedPower Motorsport has a policy to keep all personal information received from our website confidential, and it will only be used for internal purposes. Your personal information will not be sold or given to any other party’s.
- The information that we collect may include your name, address, phone number, and email that is provided when creating an account, as well as the pages you visited on the site, the date and time of visit to the website, and the site you were linked to our site from.
- This information is used for delivery of orders and to contact you if there are any issues with the order, as well contacting you with information that you may find interesting such as special offers, promotions, and new products. Some information may also be used to improve the website, making it easier to use in the future.
